episode 174 – 17/02/22 #HesFromBarcelona

Mark Hinkley’s on strike until TFC finally show us their new kit, goddamnit, but the other 3 are all here and with actual things to talk about this week, Bill Manning being a big meanie to the CPL, pre season stuff and a new signing (Guess where he played? You’ll never believe it but we have an actual honest to god former Barca player!!!!!!). We also complete our look back of TFC’s first 10 years, this time covering the steady ascent from the absolute nonsense of 2012 to the good times of 2016.

In this episode Tony reveals the best way to follow TFC on social media, Kristin allows herself to be bullied out of her silly choice for favourite player of 2015, and Duncan is grateful for TFC’s more co-operative good timing.

Much like Bitchy, Bitchyblanks is dead. A generous public outpouring of protests might revitalise it, or perhaps some other kind of audience participation thing, we’re all ears.

In honour of all 5 dead Bitchys, give us a 5 star rating on itunes.

  2. So Manning doesn’t want a team near his turf… Does he not realize their is another team already on his turf… or grass that is. He should be complaining about that other Canadian football team to get off his lawn…

If it really bothers him he should notify the Don…This new CPL gang is moving into our territory! MLS headquarters should polish their brass knuckles and send some thugs to rough up these upstarts that dare come into our neighborhood! Maybe stick a beaver’s head in CPL managements bed, a drive by shooting in a Audi (official league sponsor), or even take one of those CPL guys for a swim in lake Ontario with cement shoes (hopefully the ice will still be thick enough to prevent that).

This new midfielder comming in (he played in BARCELONA!!!) thinks Toronto is safe and friendly. He is in for a rude awakening when the soccer warz heats up. Get ready everyone, protect your children and hide under your bed.
