I’m going to go out on a limb here, and suggest that Toronto FC could very well be one of the most memeable teams in all of sport. The dysfunction, the quoteables, the invisible cheque-signings, Mista – the list goes on and on.
In the Pulitzer-esque writing of the South Bar Report, I remember distinctly very late in the game, after Bendik made a very good save, a look, or glare – well it was something. Screen shotted and meme’d, I put this up.
